    Preparation:
    Thaw the product 1h at room temp (The product can be defrosted the day before for 8 hours at 0-2°C). Preheat the oven at 190°C/380°F. Egg-wash and strip the product before baking ; bake 25 to 30 min at 170°C/350°F. Sip the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
    Baking time depends on the desired browning and the oven.
