    Hanging out the other day talking shop with a few clients and the topic of eating whole wheat pasta – as a healthier alternative to refined white pasta, came up.
    I mentioned that I had just enjoyed a little last evening for dinner with fish and greens.

    “What,” one woman asked incredulously, “you aren’t gluten free?” She had an expression on her face as if she’d just eaten a bad oyster.
