    Chiboust Cream

    We thought we should shed some light on this lovely Chiboust Cream. It is said to be created by pastry Chef M Chiboust in Paris, 1847.
    This wonderful creation is made with crême pâtissière (pastry cream) and then gently mixed with italian meringue.
    It is a beautiful round off for the fresh raspberries and the specialty norman raspberry cream in our brand new Raspberry and Chiboust Cream Tartlet!
